A woman in white mask and surgical gloves breaks into an apartment and looks around. She takes a bottle and pours the chloroform on a cloth. Then she hides outside the living room.

Grace comes back to home and sits down on a chair. She takes off the shoes and remains barefoot to relax. The woman grabs her from behind and puts a gloved hand over her mouth and nose and gropes her with the other one. Grace struggles and makes muffled screams, while the woman laughs and handsmothers her. She continues this action for a couple of minutes, when she takes the chloro cloth and puts it over her mouth and nose. Grace tries to escape, but the woman drags her to the couch and keeps the cloth over her mouth until she passes out.

Grace is tied up and gagged on the chair now. The woman comes back to the living room and starts playing with her. She handgags and handsmothers her several times with the surgical gloves on. She laughs every time she does it. She fondles her face and pinches her nose too. She takes a rope and uses it to strangle her. She strangles her again with a gloved hand around her neck and the other one over her mouth.

After a lot of strangulation and handsmother actions, the woman decides to finish the poor tenant. She takes a plastic bag and puts it over her head. Then she pulls it and puts a gloved hand over her mouth, to be sure she can't breathe. She has no mercy and continues suffocating Grace until the end.
