Alba is a sadistic hitwoman who breaks into Fatima's house with the aim of killing her. Dressed in full leather outfit, she looks around and rummages through the drawers, checking for evidence to dispose of. Then she hears Fatima coming, she leaves the living room and hides somewhere else. When Fatima arrive, she grabs her from behind and puts a chloro cloth over her mouth and nose. Fatima struggles and makes muffled screams, but she keeps the cloth tight until she passes out.

Alba ties Fatima up with ropes on the chair. Fatima asks her what she plans to do, but she tells him to stay quiet. Alba, being one who likes to act slowly and not finish jobs in a hurry, decides to indulge in some sadistic pleasure. She puts a gloved hand over her mouth and nose. She handsmothers her several times, closing her mouth and nose with both gloved hands. She continues the game for several minutes, combining gloved handsmother actions with strangulation and belly punching. Poor Fatima, being tied up, can't do anything.

Alba decides to end the game in the best way. She puts a rope around Fatima's neck and pulls it, strangling her without mercy. The poor woman struggles, gasps for air and keeps the eyes wide open, while the hitwoman looks at her with a sadistic and aggressive gaze. She continues until the end. She then untie and drags her to the bedroom.

Fatima in the meantime wakes up on the bed. She takes the leather outfit from the drawers and slowly puts on the pants, the jacket, the boots and the gloves. Alba accidentally returns to the bedroom, but, surprised, notices that Fatima is no longer there. She grabs her from behind and puts a chloro cloth over her mouth and nose. Alba struggles and makes muffled screams, before passing out.

Now it's Alba who is tied up by Fatima with ropes on the chair. Fatima is certainly a gentler and calmer woman than her, but after what she has suffered, she is now determined to take revenge and do to Alba the same things she did to her. She then puts a gloved hand over her mouth and nose, enjoying hearing the muffled screams of the captured hitwoman. She then puts both gloved hands over her mouth and nose, handsmothering her.

Fatima also continues her perverse games for several minutes, alternating handsmother, strangulation in different positions and belly punching actions. Finally, she takes a clear plastic bag and puts it over Alba's head. She pulls it, squishing her face, to be sure she can't breathe inside. Alba kicks, struggles and gasps for air, but Fatima has no mercy and decides to complete her revenge, keeping the bag until the end.
