Stella finds herself inside a dungeon, lying on a mattress with her wrists tied. She starts to get nervous when Lilli enters the room and proposes a challenge. If she can hold out for five minutes without breathing, she'll let her go. Stella thinks it's impossible and becomes even more scared, but when she realizes it's the only way she can get out of there alive, she decides to try. She takes several deep breaths, moving her belly well, to retain as much oxygen as possible.

Lilli then covers her mouth and nose with her big hands and starts to handsmothering her. Stella tries to stay calm, to hold out as long as possible. She manages to do this for about two minutes. At that point, Lilli's hands continue to smother her and she begins to struggle, kicking and making muffled screams in terror. after about four minutes of suffocation, she passes out.

Lilli sits on top of her, waiting for her to wake up. When Stella opens her eyes, Lilli tells her she failed the test, so she'll have to finish her. Stella begs to be released, but Lilli immediately puts her both large hands around her neck, squeezing it and starts strangling her without mercy. Stella gasps for air and keeps the mouth and the eyes wide open. She kicks and struggles, hoping to be able to free herself. Lilli shows all her aggression, without ever taking her hands off her neck and continues the strangulation action until the end.
