Raquel struggles again, the substance takes effect and she passes out.

Jamie fondles the limp body of her niece and smells her stinky feet in pantyhose. She has fun to do it until Raquel wakes up.

Jamie takes a nylon bag, puts it over Raquel's head and ties up it with a rope. Then she handgags her, to be sure she can't breathe under the bag. The breathplay action is too long for the poor niece and Jamie suffocates her until the end.
