Mayla is a young woman who, due to a debt, finds herself working for the rich and insufferable Samantha. After suffering her arrogance for the umpteenth time, she fantasizes about ways to get rid of her once and for all.

As she is about to massage Samantha's feet, she takes a chloro cloth and puts it over her mouth and nose. Samantha struggles and passes out. Mayla ties her wrists and ankles with tape and while she is still unconscious, she massages her feet again. Then, when the woman wakes up, she takes a pair of pantyhose, puts it around her neck and pulls it, strangling her. Samantha is still weak and can't react much anymore, but gasps for air. Samantha keeps the pantyhose until the end.

Samantha is in the bathroom and yells for Mayla to clean her heels. Mayla grabs a small box and releases a poisonous spider, which enters one of Samantha's shoes. When she puts it on, the spider bites her, and she begins to panic. She desperately calls out to Mayla, but notices that she has locked the bedroom door. She throws herself on the bed and lets herself go, first kicking, then emitting a few spasms, until the end.

Samantha lies on the bed and orders Mayla to make her some herbal tea. Mayla makes it, but pours poison into the drink. Then she goes into the bedroom and, while Samantha drinks the tea, she tells Mayla to massage her feet. Mayla reluctantly does so. Suddenly, the poison takes effect, and Samantha begins to feel strange. She clutches her throat and gasps for breath. She realizes Mayla has poisoned her on purpose, but by then it's too late.

Back to reality, Mayla has decided to get rid of Samantha. Once again, Samantha tells her to make her a herbal tea, so she does, but adds sleeping pills. Samantha drinks the herbal tea and falls asleep. Meanwhile, during Mayla's absence, someone brings a poisonous snake into the bedroom, who bites Samantha. She suddenly wakes up with pain in her foot. She's breathing heavily and writhing, as the snake's venom acts quickly. Mayla enters the bedroom and, seeing her unconscious, is convinced it's just the sleeping pill. However, the snake bites her foot as well. Mayla thrashes and writhes. She clutches her chest and throat, breathing heavily. The agony continues for a couple of minutes, until her end.
